axonX installs SigniFire system at Marriott Textile
Services facility
SPARKS, MD (June 1, 2007) - axonX, the worlds leading developer of
video-based fire, smoke & intrusion detection technology, today
announced the successful installation last month of its SigniFire
system into Marriott Textile Services, an industrial laundry facility
serving Marriott Hotels in the New York to Philadelphia corridor. This
SigniFire pre-emptive threat detection system uses the
proven performance of the Factory Mutual approved FSM-8 Pentium based
DVR product. Supporting up to eight standard analog CCTV cameras, with
fire, smoke and motion detection analytics residing on the DVR platform,
the system will be used to provide early warning of unauthorized access
to the facility, smoke or flame in a large open environment containing
multiple heat sources and flammable materials, a natural by-product of
the operation. Video images of any detected threat are available to
multiple PCs through use of the unrestricted SpyderGuard
monitoring software that is part of the SigniFire
installation.

install this state of the art protection system to provide an additional
safety net for our business and associates. We are very pleased with
the simplicity of system and the capabilities that it provides.
